"5 stars for customer service!  I live on the residential street directly behind E & J.  Twice (the most recent time being the second day of the 2019 sub-zero polar vortex), the guys from E and J have walked over to jump my dead car, within about 10 minutes of my phone call.  On the first occasion, I needed a new battery, which E and J installed the same day.  This time, the battery was dead due to the cold, but I also needed some other things done on the car and didn't hesitate to use E and J. I can't comment on their prices, as i haven't comparison shopped because their Customer Service made me a loyal customer.  Lou is great!"

"I have never found a more reliable and trustworthy car place in my life.  I have a 2005 Jaguar S Type.  I had been taking it to the dealer until the last two years, when I discovered E & J.  My red light went off in the car.  Being pro-active, I took to Howard Orloff who informed me it would cost $15,000.00 just to take the engine apart to find out the cause.  I took it to E & J, who checked it out, and said they could find nothing wrong with the car.  Two years later, the light never came on again, and I have had no problems with the car.  

Recently, I took to E & J for an oil change.  The trunk was no longer able to open without using the key.  They repaired it, and now I can open the trunk again without using the key.  Howard Orloff told me I needed a new motor.  My car runs like a brand new car.  Mint condition.  I would highly recommend them.  Incredible!!!"
